EHNA COMPETITIONS
At EHNA, we’re proud to provide competitions that suit all stages of a player’s netball journey. From our engaging NetSetGO programs, to structured Winter divisions for juniors, teens, and adults — everyone is welcome on court.
Our Spring Competition brings an energetic, social vibe with mixed teams, Walking Netball, and opportunities for players of all abilities to stay active.
NetSETGO
NetSetGO is Netball Australia’s official starter program for young players, designed for children aged 5–10 years. At EHNA, NSG is all about fun, learning and building confidence.
Players develop essential netball skills through age-appropriate activities, small-sided games and lots of encouragement. It’s the perfect introduction to the sport and a great way for young athletes to make friends and learn the basics in a supportive environment.
NSG includes three levels:
-
Net – skills, movement and motor development
-
Set – learning the rules, positions and game play
-
GO – modified games that prepare players for full competition
WINTER COMPETITION
EHNA’s Winter Competition offers structured, competitive netball for players aged 7 years through to adults. Teams are placed into age and skill-appropriate divisions to ensure fair, enjoyable competition for all participants.
The Winter season has a strong community focus and provides a great environment for players to build skills, teamwork and game understanding across the full netball format.

The Winter Competition runs across the main netball season and includes weekly matches, finals, and pathways into development programs and representative opportunities.
SPRING NETBALL
EHNA’s Spring Competition is a fun, social, and flexible way to keep playing netball after the Winter season.
Open to players of all ages and abilities, Spring offers a relaxed yet exciting environment perfect for staying active, trying new formats, or enjoying a shorter season of netball with friends.

The Spring Competition includes a variety of divisions to suit different playing styles:

-
Mixed Netball – fast, fun, and inclusive for all genders
-
Walking Netball – a low-impact, slower-paced format ideal for beginners, returning players, or those managing injuries
-
Junior & Teen Divisions – great for players who want to continue developing skills outside the main season
-
Open Divisions – social and competitive options available
Spring is the perfect chance to enjoy netball in a more flexible format, keep fitness up, and stay involved with the EHNA community.
